Coriander Scottsville continues her journey to be a good Christian, serving God. She is now at a point in her developing spiritual relationship that gives her the courage to ask God “why” for some things. She wants to do things right by understanding the will of God but, she has some reservations about the will of God. Preaching to the Tenth Pew: Coming Face to Face with God is Coriander’s continuing journey in learning and understanding the word of God. Although she questions, reflects, and tries to implement the scriptures into her young life, she now wants to ask some deep questions. “Why, does some of my prayers not get answered?” Coriander travels back in time in her mind to understand where she is and where she needs to go all the while trusting in God and actioning those instructions as a growing Christian.
