African dictator Musu is dying. A group of scientists needed funding for their life-extension research. They offer to transfer his mind to a healthy recipient—for a huge fee.
Larry is an eighteen-year-old orphan. Musu chooses him to be the new host for his mind.
Musu becomes young again, full of vigor and a renewed ambition. He begins an insane mission: Destroy the planet and become a god. Ann Butler is Larry’s young psychiatrist.
