Herding Goats is about dealing with hard headed people in the Church. We have killer goats in our Churches. The pastor can come up with a good program and these killer goats will kill it. The Church can come up with the yearly budget to show to the members. If these goats think that too much money is going to one item they will kill it. A Church is looking for a new pastor. They select someone that they think would be a good fit for the church. Once these little goats find out who the person is, they do a Google search to get some dirt on the person so they can kill them before they get to the church. If the Board is looking to give the pastor a raise these goats will kill it. They say things like, “He is getting too much now.” Killer goats can’t help but kill because haters got to hate.
